He provides proper suggestion to my for my rental property in Merced. The management fee is reasonable. The time from my first tenant moving out to the next one moving in is only 12 days. Pretty much everything has been a breeze with this place. I appreciate the tech-forward approach to lease signing, payments, etc. The online tenant center is nice, easy to navigate, and has good info available. Maintenance is easy to request and very responsive... they even got my A/C up and running the very next morning after it crapped out on us. Thank you!
